The diary for “My Curved Best Friend”

Your diary.Just for you.

Record how your disease develops and what you do about it, day by day. Your companion in good times and bad: to get rid of anger, to laugh at a joke and to give your thoughts a frame.

Imagine looking back after three months on eight, nine or even more successes. Every single detail counts. At the beginning I recommend three to four entries a week. One sentence is enough.

Private. Really.

Your entries never leave your device.

There is no account, no sign-up and no database on a server. The diary stores everything only in your browser’s storage, on your phone or computer. Nobody can read along, not even me.

  • 1Always use the same device and the same browser. What you write on your phone won’t appear on your laptop.
  • 2Download a backup regularly. Clearing your browser data also clears the diary. A backup brings everything back, even on a new device.
  • 3iPhone and iPad: add the diary to your home screen via “Share” → “Add to Home Screen”. Otherwise Safari may delete the entries if you don’t open the page for a week. Don’t write in a private window.

How are you today?

Your well-being score and one sentence are enough. Open anything else if you like. If there is already an entry for the date, it opens so you can add to it.
